Getting here

 

To get to Bilbao in July, there are many flights leaving daily via connecting airports across Europe. You can check out the 60+ cities across Europe that connect here.

From Toronto, it’s a ~7 hour flight to a connecting airport and then another ~2 hour flight to Bilbao (BIO). It’s a whole travel day/night with, unfortunately, no direct flights.

From Barcelona or London, it’s a 1.5 hour flight

From San Sebastián - 1 hour (car), 4.5 hours (train) or 1.5 hours (bus)

From Madrid - 4 hours (car), 4.5 hours (train) or 4 hours (bus)

From Barcelona - 6 hours (car), 7 hours (train) or 8 hours (bus)

In Bilbao and the surrounding area there is a large range of types of accommodations.

*It is important to note that for our wedding we will have a bus picking up and dropping everyone off at the Catalonia Gran Vía Bilbao Hotel. You do not need to stay at this hotel to hop on the bus.
